The Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce says candidates for this year’s Board of Directors have been confirmed and now it’s time to cast your vote.
A total of six candidates have been confirmed for the 2025 Board of Directors and voting is expected to take place on Apr. 10 at the Grand Hotel from 1-2 pm. It’s open to Chamber members in good standing.
Candidates include incumbent Aaron Surkan, Malcom Rush, Amy Pye, Virginia Coverdale, Catharine Brittain, Gerald Halabura, and Conan Graham.
According to the chamber, each nomination requires support from five chamber members in good standing, and all eligible candidates have been verified by the Governance and Nomination Committee.
