The chair of the NoVote2017 committee for a proposed events centre in Nanaimo says the consultants report on the construction of an arena for the City is flawed.

Manners says NoVote2017 will be engaging with fellow residents over the next few weeks to ensure the mayor and council put the financial and best interests of the city ahead of the narrow interests of a few wealthy groups.
