If your kids need to cool off this weekend, or just want to get outside for some fun, water parks around Nanaimo are now open.
Water parks located in Departure Bay Kiwanis Park, Mansfield Park, Deverill Square Park and Harewood Centennial Park are now open and the water is on daily from 9 am to 8 pm.
There’s no cost to use the parks.
Remember to bring sunscreen, and stay hydrated, while enjoying the popular facilities.
