Charges of Aggravated Assault have been laid against 3 adults following a brawl back in early December at a north end Nanaimo restaurant.
31 year old Jeremiah Taylor, 28 year old Sunjay Sharma and 25 year old Hamzah Subhan Khan, all of Nanaimo, were formally charged in mid December with one count each of Aggravated Assault.
The trio were back in court this week and a preliminary inquiry has been scheduled for September 2nd.
Nanaimo RCMP say the trio must abide by a number of conditions until then
