Cougars spotted on Gambier, not considered a risk

Conservation Officers on the Sunshine Coast say they’re looking into cougar sightings on Gambier Island, but don’t think there’s any cause for public concern.

Two sightings have been reported this month, and it’s unclear if it’s the same cat.  Conservation Officers say there’s been no sign the cougars are doing anything that’s potentially threatening to humans.
