Salvation Army tote goes missing in Sechelt

The Salvation Army on the Sunshine Coast is advising residents to be on the lookout for the next little while.

Inge Hardman says one of their volunteer totes went missing from the Independent grocery store in Sechelt and they’re afraid someone could use their uniform and ask for fake donations.

Hardman says they don’t go door to door collecting donations and if you see someone posing as a volunteer and asking for donations door to door, you should call the police.
