A Nanaimo family is facing multiple charges after a rash of break and enters.
RCMP Constable Gary O’Brien says there were numerous thefts from homes stretching from Cedar to Lantzville.
O’Brien says 26-year-old Braiden Rathy has been formally charged with 22 counts of break and enter.
His parents, 53-year-old Douglas Rathy and 56-year-old Ruth Rathy are facing two counts of Possession of Stolen Property. A 33-year-old woman is also facing charges of Fraud and Possession of Stolen Property.
Investigators are still cataloging hundreds of items that were seized, including jewelry, cash, electronics and passports.
