Singer-songwriter Stephan LaCasse releases debut solo album “Whiskey Creek Surf Shop Blues” and music video “Danger’s Arms” to at Gibsons Tapworks on February 9th.Roberts Creek, BC – Singer-songwriter Stephan LaCasse, a recent transplant to the west coast, has released his debut solo album “Whiskey Creek Surf Shop Blues”. The 10-track acoustic album, produced in late 2022, showcases LaCasse’s diverse range of influences, including rock, pop, punk, and folk, and combines elements of each style to create a sound that is uniquely his own.
In addition to the album, LaCasse has also released a debut music video for the song “Danger’s Arms”.
LaCasse, who has had songs on the radio, television, film and commercials, and has played hundreds of gigs throughout his career, brings a fresh, confident voice that can swing between soft and dark to bright and powerful on a dime. His lyrics sway from sharp and poetic to catchy and fun, verse to verse.
Acoustic music fans can catch LaCasse live at Tapworks Brewery in Gibsons, BC on Thursday, February 9th starting at 7pm.
