An emergency preparedness seminar is being organized in Gibsons today.
“This seminar going to happen at Christian Life Assembly and everyone is welcome,” said Sandra Cunningham with the Woodcreek park neighbourhood association.
“So we decided to do this is because we wanted to do something like this in our neighbourhood, but we realized emergency preparedness is probably something the whole coast would benefit from. So that’s why we’re doing a bigger seminar so everyone can attend.”
The event goes from 2-5 and it’s free to attend.
