It should be a packed house for the District of Sechelt’s Planning and Community Development Committee meeting tomorrow. (Weds)
Aaron Thompson, Sechelt’s Development Planner says Trellis is applying for an Official Community Plan Amendment and a Zoning amendment to allow for the development of a 128-bed long-term residential facility in West Sechelt.
Thompson says the District has received written comments about the application and a majority of the concern is surrounding the proposed location of the facility.
Tomorrow’s meeting begins at one at the district’s community meeting room.
