The newest polls funded by the Dogwood Initiative show the New Democrats leading in Nanaimo-Ladysmith, with the federal election less than two weeks away
The NDP sits at 25 per cent, the Conservatives at 19, the Greens at 15 and the Liberals at 13. 27 per cent were undecided.
Mario Canseco is the vice president of public affairs at Insights West, which conducted the surveys.
The Insights West polls have a fairly large margin of error: plus or minus 4.9 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.
