Qualicum Beach seeks offers for land near Eaglecrest Golf Course

The Town of Qualicum Beach is seeking offers to purchase land across from Eaglecrest Golf Course.

The 0.35-acre property on Blind Bogey Drive is zoned for residential use and permits a range of low-density housing, including detached homes and duplexes.

“This is a rare opportunity to acquire subdividable land backing directly onto covenant-protected green space,” reads a news release from the town. “The property benefits from an established road network and is located across the road from Eaglecrest Golf Course, which is currently being reconfigured into a regulation par 35 course.”

The town is inviting interested parties to submit offers on either the entire parcel or individual lots before June 5.
