Colin Haime is, once again, mayor of Lantzville.
Haime says the controversial water deal with Nanaimo was certainly one of the driving issues in the campaign.
The referendum question on the ballot about reducing the size of Lantzville council from seven to five Councillors in 2018 passed 761 to 533.
