Over 3,170 people were without power this morning in Qualicum Beach because of a fallen tree.
BC Hydro says that a tree down across their wires caused outages east of Broom Road, north of highway 19, west of Hollywood Road, and south of Elizabeth Avenue.
The power has been restored as of 10:00 A.M.
