Sechelt RCMP is looking for witnesses after extensive window damage was dealt to Sussex Realty on Wharf Avenue.
Police responded to 5561 Wharf Avenue after reports of someone smashing windows were called in at 11:00 p.m. last week.
Police say they arrested the suspect without incident but are still looking for eye-witness testimony for the incident to provide a description of the accused.
RCMP is asking anyone with information related to the incident is asked to call the Sunshine Coast RCMP detachment.
