The RCMP is asking for help in locating a 33-year-old Nanaimo woman who has not been seen since June 6.
Police say Justine George is believed to be 5 feet 2 inches tall, 120 lbs. with brown hair, and is known to have family and friends in Nanaimo and Port Alberni.
According to a media release, George’s family and healthcare team are growing extremely concerned for her safety and well-being and are asking anyone with information to call Nanaimo RCMP.
Update: Nanaimo RCMP has announced the missing woman has been safely located.
