Nanaimo RCMP are trying to identify a suspect in another indecent photo investigation, this time at a Nanaimo Walmart.
Officers say the incident happened at around 2 p.m. on July 29. They say the woman told police she was shopping when she saw the suspect bent down with his phone angled up her skirt.
RCMP say she yelled at the suspect, and he quickly walked away. They add the woman went to find staff to assist her, but the man had left the store and could not be found.
The man is described as being middle-aged, white, of medium height with a muscular build.
They say he was wearing a grey shirt with white letters on the front, a black cap, shorts and sandals.
