RCMP in Wetaskiwin Alberta say two people killed in a traffic accident there were from Nanaimo.
Police say the 65 year old man and 63 year old woman were in a car that hit a gravel truck as it was making a left hand turn at an intersection late Tuesday morning.
RCMP say they’re still investigating, but have ruled out alcohol, speed or weather as factors in the accident.
The victims’ names have not been released.
