The District of Sechelt has hired a new Director of Planning and Development.
Andrew Allen will begin in his new role in early August and has spent 18 years working at the Sunshine Coast Regional District, most recently serving as the Manager of Planning and Development.
Allen was born and raised in Sechelt.
He is a Registered Professional Planner and Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
He has two degrees and a diploma.
