Wanted: gently used children’s shoes

West Sechelt Elementary School and the Canadian Medical Football Team are collecting gently used shoes for Mexican children.
Physicians will be delivering the shoes to the kids during the annual international trip to the World Medical Football Championships in Mexico this year.
Dr. Paul Dhillon, a local physician says the physician team wanted to add an international community service project to the Championships and partnered with the Rotary Club of Playa Del Carmen – Seaside and the Rotary Club of the Sunshine Coast to take on the project.
Trail Bay Source for Sports manager is providing jerseys for the Canadian team and will be donating two full sets of kids soccer jerseys for the Mexican school.
