A decision is expected Monday in the case of a man arguing he shouldn’t be held criminally responsible in the death of a Gabriola Island woman.
Jason Cramer is charged with killing Elaine Schwartz and badly wounding her son during an attack at their home in August of 2011.
The judge was originally supposed to make his ruling earlier this month, but he delayed the decision because of questions around some of the evidence.
