A new poll, released by the NDP, shows 68 per cent of British Columbians support the government’s speculation and vacancy tax.
According to the party, the poll shows broad support for the speculation and vacancy tax regardless of age, gender, geographic region, and voting intention.
Those who have not already claimed their exemption are reminded to complete their declaration before the March 31st deadline.
The quickest and easiest way is to do so online.
All residential property owners in the jurisdictions where the tax applies should have received a declaration letter with a unique declaration and identification codes and instructions.
