The Nanaimo RCMP is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who gained access to the Woodgrove Centre after hours.
While the suspect was inside he helped himself to around 13,000 dollars worth of sunglasses, including Prada and Burberry styles, and took several demo phones from the Fido Kiosk.
The incident happened between 5:30 and 6 Sunday, November 4th.
Mounties say a Universal key, which an employee recently lost may have been used to gain entry to the Mall.
A pair of bolt cutters were also taken from a maintenance shop, located near the Wal-Mart entrance.
Video surveillance obtained shows the suspect man responsible for the thefts.
