The District of Sechelt is looking for proposals to make an expansion at the airport in Wilson Creek.
“We have the land and space for an expansion at the Aerodrome and want to see if there would be any willingness to take on this project,” said Ben Currie, Sechelt’s Finance Manager.
“There’s space available on the south side of the runway. Those lots are serviced already and could be more readily available. But right now we’re just looking for interested applicants to step forward to make progress with the Aerodrome.”
Sechelt’s council will have their say on any proposals that come through and will have the final say on whether or not to give out the lease.
