The Sunshine Coast Regional District will begin an Alternative Approval Process this week.
The District wants to get the “okay” from residents to borrow just under 6 million dollars over twenty years for water meter installations in the Sechelt area.
Senior Manager Angie Legault says eligible electors who are opposed to the project should respond between this Friday and July 24th.
If the A-A-P goes through, it would be the final phase of the water meter installations for the entire Sunshine Coast Regional District.
