The Regional District of Nanaimo is calling into question the Island Corridor Foundation’s ability to get passenger trains rolling again.
The RDN board ratified a vote of non-confidence in the ICF Tuesday night.
Board member, and Nanaimo councillor, Diane Brennan voted against it.
The RDN now plans to meet with other Island Regional Districts and First Nations to talk about the ICF’s future, and create a task force to reinvigorate the ICF.
