The Town of Ladysmith is commissioning it’s new state of the art biosolids facility.
That music the the ears of some residents who had been putting up with the smell of decomposing human waste for the last year.
Mayor Aaron Stone says the one point 8 million dollar facility is less than a kilometre off the Trans-Canada Highway in Ladysmith and there’s zero detectable smell…..
The facility was paid for from gas tax funds and from savings the town had squirreling away for the last number of years.
