School District 46 is accepting applications for their youth train in trades program.
Cathy Gordon, SD 46 Career coordinator says this program is a partnership between the school district and Vancouver Island University for kids who are in Grade 10 and up.
Students who are in the program are in it full time and upon completion, they will receive their level 1 red seal certification.
If you have graduated high school last June, you are still eligible for the program as long as you apply before may.
