Complaint to Human Rights Tribunal regarding VIU student

An odd story is circulating after the former director of human rights and workplace safety at Vancouver Island University has filed a complaint with the province’s Human Rights Tribunal.
Katrin Roth is alleging the behavior of a student, in his 40’s put female staff members and students at risk of sexual harassment.
The student is alleged to have a fetish for wearing diapers, behaving like a very young child, sending sexually suggestive photos to women and following them to isolated areas.
A statement from VIU only says the University took appropriate and reasonable actions to respond to concerns that were raised and to protect the safety and well-being of the campus community.
The University says the matter was carefully and thoughtfully investigated by an experienced and legally trained external investigator who determined that actions of the University were reasonable.
However, the University will not confirm whether or not the student is still attending classes on campus.
