The Nanaimo Senior Services Network will be holding their 9th annual Seniors Health & Wellness Fair a week from tomorrow (Nov 1st).
Joan Ryan says there are more than 40 exhibitors booked to attend….
There’s no charge for seniors who are interested and flu shots, blood pressure testing and hearing checks will be available.
A couple of speakers will also be making presentations on things like how to cook for one and how to improve your health.
The event goes from 10 to 3:30 at the Beban Social Centre and anyone interested in welcome to attend.
