A free community appreciation BBQ is being organized by the Sunshine Coast RCMP and Crime Stoppers in Sechelt on Thursday.
Linda Annis is the Executive Director for Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers and she says they’re hoping for a great turn out.
The BBQ will be taking place at the police detachment from noon until 3 and special guest Bill Good who is a former news anchor for Global will be at the event.
