Loaves and Fishes was the most recent recipient of the philanthropic non-profit organization 100 Women Who Care Mid-Island.
At the one-year anniversary meeting of theĀ group members voted to donate over 10,000 dollars to theĀ Community Food Bank in Nanaimo.
Executive Director of Loaves and Fishes, Peter Sinclair says the donation willĀ make a difference in the lives of over 8,000 people…..

Since theĀ 100Ā Women organizationĀ was formed it’s raised over 57,000 dollarsĀ for local registered charities including the Haven Society, Ladysmith Resources Centre Society and the Nanaimo Hospice Society.
