The SCRD Directors gave the loan authorization bylaw three readings. And currently, the loan bylaw is with the Ministry of Sport and Cultural Development awaiting the approval of the Inspector of Municipalities.
Once the SCRD gets the approval, Legault says they’ll proceed with the alternative approval process
