As many as 2,000 people living with Multiple Sclerosis call Vancouver Island home.
Ursula Weiss with the MS Society in Nanaimo says the climate here is more accomodating to the disease.
Weiss says the 15th annual 3 or 6K MS Walk is set to go tomorrow (Sun) at Maffeo Sutton Park……
Registration is at 9 and the walk goes at 10:30.
