A 33 year old Parksville man is facing charges in connection with last week’s stabbing in that city.
Oceanside RCMP say the man was arrested by their Crime Reduction Unit and will be  in Nanaimo Provincial Court Thursday afternoon.
Investigators are recommending charges of aggravated assault and robbery.
The 34 year old victim suffered a collapsed lung after being stabbed during an early morning fight February 6th, with two men police say he knew.
