A date for a byelection to replace four Lantzville Councillors who recently resigned has been decided.
Mayor Colin Haime says they held a special council meeting late last week.
He says Lantzville’s Director of Corporate Administration was appointed Chief Election Officer.
Haime says about $23,000 has been budgeted for the byelection, including the cost of ballots, election workers, and renting a voting machine.
