Saanich Police say a heads up from Nanaimo RCMP helped them arrest a man they’re describing as a prolific offender.
Saanich PD say as soon the RCMP warned them a suspected crook was moving into their territory they started and investigation and set up surveillance.
They say as a result of that effort 47 year old Michael Alexander Duhamel was picked up in connection with a February 11th break in. He may also end up facing charges in connection with another B&E in Saanich.
Duhamel is being held in custody.
