The Sunshine Coast Travel Ambassadors are looking for a few good men and women to don red shirts and join their team. The Ambassadors have been riding the Horseshoe Bay – Langdale ferry every summer for 17 years.
They greet visitors and residents alike and provide handy information on attractions, accommodations and whatever else people care to ask.
LeRoy Pattison is one of the coordinators for the program.
Pattison says some of their volunteers have decided to retire, and they need more people so they can have Ambassadors on all the summer sailings.
