Singer and multi-instrumentalist, Tai Williams captivates her audience with a unique blend of jazz, folk and pop stylings. Hailing from a small town in southern Vancouver Island, her early years were spent studying and performing classical music. As a young adult, Tai taught herself to play guitar and began songwriting, developing and finessing her sound. Today, her music is a meeting of soaring melodies and poignant storytelling. While many of her songs are inspired by her own life, Tai’s lyricism connects her experiences to the memories and feelings of the audience, drawing them in and capturing their attention. Over the past few years, Tai has been performing at local venues and festivals and is currently recording her debut, to be released later this year.
