Sunshine Coast RCMP say they recently had a report complaining about an obscene and threatening phone call. The person used the *57 feature to get the caller’s number and passed it on to police.
It was a Sunshine Coast number, and when RCMP went to talk to the caller they figured out she’d accidentally pocket dialed the “victim” who ended up overhearing her disciplining a wayward dog.
