BC Ferries will be reaching out the public about their renovation plans for the Horseshoe Bay terminal.
A $250 million upgrade is expected and that will have an effect on riders for both Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast.
Darin Guenette says they want to figure out ways to integrate public and stakeholder inputs for the long run.
The engagement process is expected to begin in the new year.
And then the construction isn’t expected to begin for another five years.
