Gordon Wilson considering lawsuit

Despite a public apology that was made by Premier John Horgan, former Powell River-Sunshine Coast MLA Gord Wilson isn’t ruling anything out when it comes to legal action.

Wilson was publically fired last week. Wilson has earned $550 000 since 2013 and Premier Horgan and Jobs Minister Bruce Ralston accused Wilson of having done little to no work in his role.

Wilson says he hasn’t heard any direct apologies after and to this day he hasn’t received any letters, terminating his appointment as the “LNG Buy B.C. Advocate”.

Wilson says he doesn’t understand why those comments about him were made because he says he’s a public servant working for the government and he’s not an employee of the Liberal Party.
