Vancouver Island University is offering students a new way to help pay for their education.
They’ve partnered with a company called HigherEdPoints to let students turn Aeroplan Miles into tuition dollars…
William Litchfield is VIU’s Director of Advancement and Alumni Relations.
HigherEdPoints was founded in 2013 and has several other loyalty points programs and post secondary institutions on board.
Litchfield says interested VIU students can go to the company’s website for details on how it works. The program they’ve set up also allows VIU Alumni to donate their Areoplan miles to the VIU Foundation.
