Sunshine Coast RCMP search for woman not seen since May 11

Sunshine Coast RCMP are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 33-year-old woman who has not been seen since May 11.

Shanelle Twigg-Manywounds was last seen in Sechelt and police said her family is concerned for her safety.

“Twigg-Manywounds is described as an Indigenous female, thin build, 125 pounds, five-foot-three, brown eyes, long brown hair, often with blond highlights,” RCMP said. “Twigg-Manywounds lives a high-risk lifestyle and could possibly be in Vancouver on the Downtown Eastside.”

Police asked anyone with information that could help locate her to contact the Sunshine Coast RCMP non-emergency line.
