A Lower Mainland business is getting stolen property returned that had found its way over to Sechelt.
Sunshine Coast RCMP conducted a search warrant on March 14 recovering four stolen golf carts without incident at a Sechelt property.
They were found because of a joint police effort after being stolen from the Lower Mainland.
S/Sgt. Jennifer Prunty said they remain committed to deterring property crime and ensuring businesses remain safe on the Sunshine Coast.
“The timely reporting of crime allows us to move as quickly as possible to retrieve stolen property and apprehend those responsible for these crimes.”
Sunshine Coast RCMP officers received information about the location of the golf carts and were quickly able to locate them and are now being returned to the Lower Mainland business.
