A vehicle fire is being labelled as suspicious, and Nanaimo RCMP says the cause is under investigation.
According to police, Nanaimo Fire was called to the scene after a Fiat 500 was reported to be on fire on Feb. 11 around 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of Summerhill Place and Dufferin Crescent.
RCMP says the back tire and door on the passenger side were damaged in the blaze, and anyone with information or dashcam footage is asked to contact their emergency line.
They say no tip is too small, and anything suspicious around that time should be reported to 250-754-2345.
