A survey to help shape the future of the Town of Gibsons is now live for residents and businesses to offer their insight to make sure council is addressing local issues.
The official community plan (OCP) was originally adopted in 2005 and was last updated in 2015, and the town says while many of the issues are still relevant, they need to update it.
“Updates are important to ensure the plan continues to address local priorities and changing community needs,” the town says in a media release.
The survey is open until Nov. 15, and the town is also asking everyone to join them at the Gibsons and Area Community Centre on Nov. 3 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. for an engagement session.
