Tsain-Ko has announced a major tenant will be moving into the development.
Shoppers Drug Mart will be an anchor tenant in the third phase taking up 17,000 square feet of the new construction.
Construction is expected to begin this summer.
Jason Jenkins, economic development officer for the Tsain-Ko Centre says they are excited about the plan and the employment opportunities the drug store giant will bring to the Coast.
