The crew is doing some trials with the Queen of Surrey and then she’ll be back in service on the Langdale to Horseshoe Bay run Saturday.
Deborah Marshall said the repairs were completed Tuesday and the vessel was taken to Langdale.
The vessel was taken to a Vancouver Drydock facility and the hull, steel plating on the rudder and steel structural work was fixed on the lower car deck.
The Queen of Coquitlam has been subbing for the Queen of Surrey since an incident at the Langdale berth March 26 that left passengers stranded on board for 10 hours.
Marshall said they still are not sure what caused the vessel to crash into the berth, the investigation is expected to take several weeks.
