Some Sunshine Coast youth have released some original music after receiving a once in a lifetime opportunity to work with Juno-award winning music producer Garth Richardson.
Their accomplishment is also thanks to a grant from Daniel Kingsbury Music for Youth fund that delivers money annually in partnership with Sunshine Coast Community Services and Coast Cultural Alliance, to Sunshine Coast youth who are passionate about music.
Daniel Kingsbury, who was well known on the Coast for his musical talent and environmental activism, died suddenly in 2015 near his home in Roberts Creek.
Local bands Sudo Sol and Spouse were able to record their original music at Richardson’s renowned recording studio on the Coast.
The original music produced in August is now available to download on SoundCloud.
